Blackstone Private Equity Strategies Fund amends bylaws to add unit series and update fee terms
BX•Blackstone Private Equity Strategies Fund LP amended its partnership agreements on Oct. 1, 2026, adding unit series and updating performance allocations, investment thresholds, redemption deductions, holding periods and limits.
1. Partnership terms updated
The amendments redesignated existing Class S, Class D and Class N units as Series I and created additional Series E units across several classes, along with a new Class I Series IV. They also set performance participation allocations by class or series based on each investor’s interest in the corresponding aggregator series, and introduced investment thresholds, early redemption deductions, minimum holding periods and redemption limits on top of existing quarterly limits.
