1. Quarterly results
Blink Charging reported third-quarter revenue of $18.4 million, down 32% year over year and below the $21.28 million analyst estimate. The company posted a net loss of $6.7 million, or 5 cents per share, while adjusted EPS was zero versus an expected loss of 4 cents. Adjusted EBITDA was positive $200,000, compared with an expected loss of $2.02 million.
2. Outlook and drivers
The company lowered its 2026 revenue guidance to $78 million-$81 million from $83 million-$90 million. It maintained its full-year gross margin outlook at about 38%, excluding a non-cash inventory adjustment, and expects to maintain positive adjusted EBITDA through the fourth quarter of 2026. Blink attributed the revenue shortfall to delayed customer project completions, the service revenue decline to non-renewal of a major European contract, and lower gross margin to non-cash charges for obsolete inventory.
