Block director Anthony Mathew Eisen sold 18,000 Class A common shares in transactions dated Sept. 16-18, 2026.
The sales were priced at $76.55 to $78.36 per share.
Following the Sept. 18 transaction, Eisen's holdings fell to 1,380,672 shares.
