Merger outside date extended

Blue Acquisition Corp. agreed to extend the outside date for its business combination with Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure and newly formed parent Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure.

The extension was made through a fourth amendment to the business combination agreement dated Nov. 19, 2025.

Upon closing, Blue and Blockfusion are set to become wholly owned subsidiaries of the parent, which is expected to be publicly traded.
