Blue Acquisition Corp.’s merger deal with Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure and Blockfusion USA, under a Business Combination Agreement signed Nov. 19, 2025, was amended again.
A fifth amendment dated Sept. 2, 2026 extended the outside date for completing the transaction to Nov. 30, 2026.
At closing, Blue and Blockfusion would become wholly owned subsidiaries of Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure, which would become publicly traded.
