BDCO•Blue Dolphin Energy appointed Chris McDougall chief financial officer, treasurer and assistant secretary, effective October 17, 2026. He will serve as principal financial officer and joined the company in 2015.

Blue Dolphin Energy appointed William Christopher (“Chris”) McDougall chief financial officer, treasurer and assistant secretary, effective October 17, 2026. He will serve as principal financial officer. McDougall joined the company in 2015 as director of corporate development and previously worked as vice president of research at Westlake Securities and as a senior analyst and partner at Treaty Oak Capital Management.
