Blue Owl posted 2Q’26 GAAP net income attributable to Class A shares of USD 11.4 million, down 35% year over year; GAAP margin narrowed 2.6 percentage points to 9.4%.
GAAP revenue rose 7% to USD 753.1 million, driven by total management and other fees, net up 7% to USD 753 million.
Non-GAAP fee-related earnings increased 9% to USD 392.2 million; non-GAAP distributable earnings rose 9% to USD 351.2 million.
AUM climbed 12% to USD 319 billion; fee-paying AUM increased 7% to USD 190.6 billion.
New capital commitments raised totaled USD 7.8 billion; Blue Owl set a 2026 annual dividend of USD 0.92 per Class A share.
