OWL•Blue Owl Capital raised $12.6 billion of new capital commitments in the third quarter and reported quarter-end assets under management of $329.9 billion. Revenue was $806.5 million, compared with an IBES estimate of $710.5 million.

Blue Owl Capital reported distributable adjusted earnings per share of $0.24 and fee-related adjusted earnings per share of $0.27 for the third quarter, versus an IBES EPS estimate of $0.23. It declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per Class A share.
2. Fundraising and deployment
The company raised nearly $50 billion over the last 12 months. Its third-quarter equity fundraising included $5.6 billion in credit, $4 billion in real assets and $0.6 billion in GP strategic capital. Direct lending originations in its credit platform totaled $5.2 billion, with net deployment of negative $0.3 billion.
