Blue Sky Logs 15% High-Grade Hits and 1m at 7,003ppm U3O8 in 4,959m Infill Drilling
Blue Sky Uranium completed a 328-hole, 4,959m reverse-circulation infill program at Ivana Deposit, with 15% of holes intercepting ≥1m @1,000ppm U3O8 and a top 1m @7,003ppm in hole AGI-884. The results confirm high-grade continuity and underpin progression to prefeasibility–feasibility studies in partnership with COAM's US$35m earn-in for 49.9% equity.
1. Blue Sky Uranium Retains Maximus Investor Relations for Corporate Finance and IR Programs
On January 1, 2026, Blue Sky Uranium Corp. entered into a one-year agreement with Maximus Investor Relations Ltd., led by Shawn Perger, under which Maximus will provide investor relations consulting, corporate communications support, broker presentations, trade-show attendance and marketing programs. The Company will pay an annual fee of $126,000, disbursed in equal monthly installments. Maximus is independent of Blue Sky but holds rights to acquire up to 2,600,000 common shares under the Company’s stock option plan (including 600,000 options expiring January 29, 2026) and may purchase additional securities for investment. This IR engagement remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange and is intended to bolster Blue Sky’s visibility in both domestic and international capital markets as it advances its Amarillo Grande and Corcovó projects.
2. Positive Final Infill Drilling Results at Ivana Deposit Support Pre-Feasibility Progress
Between June 2025 and December 2025, Blue Sky and joint-venture partner Ivana Minerales S.A. completed 328 reverse-circulation holes totaling 4,959 metres at the Ivana Deposit, tightening drill spacing to enhance geological confidence ahead of prefeasibility and feasibility studies. Assay highlights include 4 m averaging 4,368 ppm U3O8 in hole AGI-884 (including 1 m @ 7,003 ppm), 2 m @ 4,433 ppm in AGI-873, and multiple intercepts above 3,000 ppm. These results confirm continuity of high-grade horizons and extend mineralized zones into previously untested areas. To date, the Ivana program has delivered 15,828 m of RC drilling over 1,166 holes. All samples were processed and analyzed under rigorous QA/QC protocols, with 10.5% of samples comprising blanks, duplicates or standards. An external audit by Lions Gate Geological Consulting concluded that the combined dataset meets industry standards for future resource estimation.
