Operating performance and occupancy
Net operating income increased 12% to $9.56 million.
Residential communities average occupancy improved 2.2 percentage points to 94.9%.
Scattered single-family homes average occupancy fell 5.9 percentage points to 84.6%, reflecting units held vacant ahead of planned sales.
