Third-quarter preferred dividends declared
Bluerock Homes Trust declared third-quarter 2026 monthly cash dividends on its Series A Redeemable Preferred Stock totaling USD 0.375 per share.
Series A also carries enhanced special dividends, aggregated monthly to target SOFR + 2.0% with a 6.5% floor and 8.5% cap.
It also declared third-quarter 2026 monthly cash dividends on its Series B Redeemable Preferred Stock totaling USD 0.46875 per share.
