Bluerock Homes Trust elects Michael L. Konig to board
BHM•Bluerock Homes Trust appointed Michael L. Konig as an independent director on October 19, expanding its board from five members to six.
1. Board appointment
Konig joined the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. His term runs through the 2027 annual meeting, when the company intends to nominate him for election. He previously served as chief legal officer and secretary of Bluerock Residential Growth REIT from October 2017 through October 2022.
