Bluerock Homes Trust expands manager mandate to treat financing as investment transactions

Bluerock Homes Trust amended its management agreement on Aug. 7, 2026 to broaden “Investment Transaction” to include financing transactions.
The change expands the external manager’s mandate under the investment guidelines to cover financing activity.
The board, including independent directors, deemed the revised terms fair and commercially reasonable versus unaffiliated-party agreements.
