BMV suspended trading in Criteo (CRTO “N”) in its SIC Capitales segment of the International Quotation System.
The move followed a suspension of Criteo shares on Nasdaq tied to rights exercises.
BMV said it will seek CNBV authorization to cancel the SIC listing for CRTO “N”.
