BNB Plus names Richard Shorten, Todd Larsen, Lok Lee to board after three directors resign

Shorten leads blockchain and AI infrastructure work as chairman of GlobalStake Infrastructure and also owns Silvermine Capital Advisors.
Larsen and Lee are set to join the audit committee and compensation committee, while Larsen was also added to the nominating committee.
GlobalStake received a $300,000 prepaid advisory fee under a June 17, 2026 strategic review engagement led by Shorten.

BNB Plus said its board reshuffle is set for Sept. 3, 2026, with three directors resigning effective that date.
Richard Shorten, Todd Larsen and Lok Lee were appointed directors effective Sept. 3 to fill the vacancies.
