BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, CNH, Iveco expand CNH Industrial Capital Europe JV into Romania
CNH•CNH•CNH•CNH•BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, CNH and Iveco are expanding their financial services joint venture into Romania through IC Capital Europe IFN. The venture will offer financing, leasing and insurance, extending its footprint to 10 European countries.
CNH Industrial, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions and Iveco Group are expanding their financial services joint venture into Romania through IC Capital Europe IFN. CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL will offer financing, leasing and insurance to agriculture, construction and transport customers.
The move extends a partnership dating to 1997 and takes the venture’s footprint to 10 countries across Europe. The expansion targets higher equipment and vehicle investment demand in Romania and aims to support dealer sales with captive-style financing.
