BNY plans to consolidate investment firms into BNY Investments Corporation around January 1, 2027, subject to regulatory requirements. The corporation will replace BNY Mellon Investment Adviser as investment adviser to BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund.
2. Fund management
Insight North America's subadvisory agreement will end, but its portfolio managers are expected to continue managing the fund at BNY Investments Corporation. The consolidation is not expected to increase management fees, materially change investment objectives or strategies, or reduce service levels.
