- Boeing enters a $3 billion 364-day revolving credit agreement on August 24, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
- The facility replaces a previous $3 billion 364-day credit agreement terminating August 24, 2026, the filing said.
- The 364-day credit agreement terminates August 23, 2027; Boeing may convert borrowings to term loans, according to the filing.
- The agreement requires Boeing to maintain liquidity of at least $5 billion, the filing said.
- Boeing's 2023 five-year credit agreement, as amended, consists of $3.0 billion of total commitments and is now scheduled to terminate on August 24, 2029.
- Boeing's 2024 five-year credit agreement, as amended, consists of $4.0 billion of total commitments and is now scheduled to terminate on May 15, 2030.
