BOIL Expands U.S. Direct Sales After Q1 $1.26M Revenue

ECLECL

BOIL has shifted commercialization to account-based selling with expanded direct U.S. sales teams and early rollouts in casual dining, supermarkets and fast-food chains. Q1 revenue of $1.26 million equates to an annualized $5.0 million run-rate against $1.47 million in sales and marketing spend, positioning 2H26 for accelerated growth.

1. Strategic Shift to Account-Based Selling

BOIL has reoriented its strategy around revenue execution and direct account-based selling, establishing two commercial units—North America and International—each with dedicated sales and customer-success teams. Target verticals include quick-service restaurants, casual dining, hotels, supermarkets and convenience-store operators, with an emphasis on multi-location operators to drive repeat usage and deeper account penetration.

2. Partnership Refinement and Distributor Restructuring

Post-quarter, BOIL discontinued master-distributor agreements with Latitude in the U.S. and Ukraine and with T&J Oil in Australia, transitioning to non-exclusive regional partners. The reset in India retains YMS Frying as a non-exclusive distributor, but reduces original commitment terms to focus on partners capable of measurable adoption and direct customer engagement.

3. U.S. Multi-Location Rollouts

BOIL commenced commercial deployment with a medium-sized U.S. fast-food chain across three states after a multi-location pilot, and initiated rollouts in 13 supermarket locations and 70 premium casual dining restaurants. The company also onboarded Sysco Los Angeles to showcase product training, pilots and co-marketing opportunities within a scalable distribution platform.

4. Revenue Run-Rate and 2H26 Outlook

Q1 revenue of $1.26 million supports an annualized run-rate of roughly $5.0 million, against $1.47 million in sales and marketing expenses. BOIL expects second-half 2026 acceleration driven by expanded chain deployments, improved reorder cadence and cleaner sell-through from its refined partner portfolio.
