Bone Biologics will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Burlington, Massachusetts, on Sept. 28, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing four directors, an advisory say-on-pay resolution, and ratifying Weinberg & Company as auditor for 2026.
The ballot also covers share issuance tied to warrants from a private placement, a proposed reverse stock split of 1-for-2 to 1-for-10.
A separate proposal seeks authority to adjourn the meeting if needed to secure enough votes or establish a quorum.
