Booking Holdings Adds Ex-NXP CEO Kurt Sievers to Board, Director to Retire

Booking Holdings appointed Kurt Sievers, retired CEO of NXP Semiconductors (2020–2025), to its Board effective April 1, 2026. Director Lynn Radakovich will retire at the annual meeting in June after ten years of board service.

1. Appointment of Kurt Sievers

Effective April 1, 2026, Booking Holdings added Kurt Sievers to its Board of Directors. Sievers retired as President and CEO of NXP Semiconductors in 2025, bringing over 15 years of executive leadership and long-term strategy experience.

2. Sievers’s Professional Background

Sievers joined NXP’s Executive Management Team in 2009, became President in 2018 and CEO in 2020. He led major initiatives, including the 2019 acquisition of Marvell’s Wi-Fi Connectivity Business and the 2015 merger with Freescale Semiconductor.

3. Lynn Radakovich’s Retirement

Longtime director Lynn Radakovich will step down at Booking Holdings’ June annual meeting after ten years on the Board. During her tenure she contributed expertise in global business, technology, sales and marketing.
