Boost Run signs Cohere GPU infrastructure deal worth about $525.6 million over five years
BRUN•Boost Run entered a service agreement with Cohere on Sept. 30, 2026, for dedicated GPU cloud infrastructure. Cohere committed to pay about $525.6 million over roughly five years per rack, with initial acceptance expected to begin in Q2 2027.
1. Agreement terms
Cohere can terminate the agreement if minimum infrastructure is not accepted by July 15, 2027, and prepaid amounts would be refundable. Boost Run guaranteed refunds of prepaid amounts, capped at prepayments received and not applied against fees.
