Free cash flow (non-GAAP) jumped 71.9% to $261 million; operating cash flow climbed 36.1% to $281 million.
Backlog grew 3.2% to $39 billion with a quarterly book-to-bill ratio of 1.5x; management said demand is accelerating in National Security while Civil remains challenged.

Booz Allen posted Q1 FY2027 net income of $198 million, down 26.9% year over year, as revenue fell 4.2% to $2.8 billion.
Adjusted diluted EPS (non-GAAP) rose 22.3% to $1.81, while adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 7.4% to $334 million.
Adjusted EBITDA margin on revenue (non-GAAP) widened 1.3 percentage points to 11.9%.
