BRLS•Borealis Foods said it believes it restored compliance with Nasdaq’s audit committee rule on October 29, after appointing Danat Shiderkulov to its audit committee.
Borealis Foods notified Nasdaq on November 4 that it had been out of compliance with Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A). Zaure Algaziyeva’s September 28 resignation left the audit committee with two members, below the required minimum of three. The company appointed Danat Shiderkulov to the committee on October 29 and believes the appointment restored compliance.
