BorgWarner appointed Rajesh Kalathur to its board of directors.
Kalathur most recently served as president of John Deere Financial. He also held the chief information officer role at Deere, overseeing global IT and cybersecurity. Kalathur previously served as Deere’s chief financial officer for more than six years.
