BorgWarner Q2 sales and adjusted EPS beat estimates, raises FY guidance

BorgWarner raised its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $5.05-$5.30 per diluted share. It now expects 2026 net sales of $14.0 billion-$14.3 billion, down 3.5%-1.5% organically, and adjusted operating margin of 10.7%-10.9%.
Q2 sales and adjusted EPS beat estimates
BorgWarner said second-quarter U.S. GAAP net sales rose 0.3%, beating analyst expectations, while adjusted EPS increased 17% to $1.42, also beating analyst expectations.
The U.S. auto supplier reported second-quarter sales of $3.65 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.58 billion, and adjusted EPS of $1.42 versus the estimate of $1.28.
