BOS announces annual general meeting of shareholders
BOSC•BOS - Better Online Solutions will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Rishon LeZion, Israel, on December 10, 2026. Shareholders will consider a company name change and proposed CEO bonuses and compensation-policy revisions.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will consider renaming the company BOS Technologies and amending its constitutional documents. A proposed one-time CEO bonus for fiscal 2025 totals $150,000, payable in Ordinary Shares.
2. Proposed bonus terms
From fiscal 2026, proposed CEO bonuses would equal 3% of adjusted net profit and revenue growth, capped at seven and four monthly salaries, respectively. A revised compensation policy would raise annual bonus caps to 11 monthly salaries for the CEO and president; other officers would receive six.
