BOS Signs Exclusive One-Year India Distribution Deal with Doppler Electronics
BOS Better Online Solutions signed a one-year exclusive distribution agreement with Doppler Electronics to expand its Supply Chain division’s sales, marketing and warehousing operations in India. The deal automatically renews upon meeting sales targets and grants BOS the right to market Doppler’s partners in Israel.

BOS’s Supply Chain division entered a one-year exclusive sales, marketing and distribution agreement with Doppler Electronics Private Limited to increase its presence in the growing Indian marketplace.
2. Indian Operations Expansion
Under the agreement, Doppler will promote and market BOS’s supply chain technologies to Indian customers, develop new sales opportunities and provide warehouse storage for components as needed to support regional customer activities.
3. Renewal and Cross-Marketing Terms
The contract automatically renews if specified sales thresholds are achieved, may be terminated by either party with 90 days’ notice, and includes provisions allowing BOS to market Doppler’s partners’ products in Israel.
