Bowman Consulting designs, oversees Providence one-mile Woonasquatucket River Greenway extension
BWMN•Bowman Consulting led final design, contract documents and construction oversight for a one-mile greenway extension in Providence that closes a gap between Eagle Square and downtown.
1. Greenway extension
The project creates a continuous separated pedestrian and bicycle route along Kinsley Avenue and Promenade Street. Work reallocated roadway space for a multi-use trail, traffic calming, landscaping, pocket parks and stormwater infrastructure.
