Box CFO Dylan Smith to serve as interim principal accounting officer after Eli Berkovitch resignation
BOX•Box said Chief Accounting Officer and Controller Eli Berkovitch will depart effective Oct. 23, 2026, and CFO Dylan Smith will become interim principal accounting officer.

Box disclosed that Eli Berkovitch, its Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, will leave effective Oct. 23, 2026. CFO and cofounder Dylan Smith will take over as interim principal accounting officer upon Berkovitch’s departure.
