Box names Omer Yuhjtman VP finance, chief accounting officer
BOX•Box named Omer Yuhjtman vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, effective Oct. 19, 2026. He will become principal accounting officer, replacing Eli Berkovitch, who will step down effective Oct. 23, 2026.
1. Leadership appointment
Yuhjtman was controller at Lambda from June 2026 and previously served as vice president, corporate controller at Confluent from December 2025 to June 2026. He held multiple finance roles at Box from June 2016 to December 2025, most recently vice president, assistant controller.
