Boxabl launched a partnerships and M&A initiative to pursue mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, land contributions, and technology deals across the housing supply chain.
The program targets factory capacity, developers or landholders, installation contractors, lenders, dealer networks, and automation providers to speed up mass production of affordable housing.
Boxabl plans to assess transactions case by case, using cash, stock, or a mix, depending on deal terms.
