Boxlight delivered Q4 2025 revenue of $26.6 million, an 11.0% increase from Q4 2024, while gross profit margin declined by 711 basis points to 23.5% due to pricing pressure and tariff-related costs. Net loss improved to $9.7 million from $16.7 million, adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to $4.9 million, and the quarter closed with $9.4 million in cash, $26.6 million in working capital, and $1.3 million in stockholders’ equity.

In January 2026, Boxlight introduced FrontRow Symphony™, an IP-based campus communication platform integrating bells, paging, intercom, classroom audio, and emergency alerts into a unified solution. This launch expands the FrontRow portfolio and targets enhanced safety and operational efficiency in educational institutions.

During 2025 the company realigned its cost structure, executing one-time charges and structural expense reductions to match current revenue levels while sustaining R&D investments.
