BP agreed to sell its Austrian mobility, convenience and EV charging operations to Volenergy.
The deal covers 250 bp-branded retail sites, EV charging infrastructure and the related fleet business.
The sites will keep the bp brand under a license agreement once the transaction closes.
Completion is targeted for the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
