BP sells 5% stake in Aker BP

BP raised NOK 9.83 billion ($1.06 billion) by selling a 5% stake in Aker BP at NOK 311 per share. It will retain 68.7 million shares, a 10.9% interest, and expects 2026 divestment and other proceeds of around $9 billion.
