Bradesco executives’ holdings fall by R$ 2.09 million after share sales outweigh purchase

Banco Bradesco disclosed cash-market trading by executives/management, including 110,441 shares purchased at R$ 18.10, for a total of R$ 2 million.

Executives/management also reported cash-market share sales totaling 133,510 shares at an average R$ 18.45, for R$ 2.46 million.

Net result for executives/management: 23,069 shares sold, with a net cash inflow of about R$ 464,924.
