BBD•Bradesco board elects new directors
Bradesco’s board met on Sept. 2, 2026 to elect new directors, with appointments subject to Central Bank approval.
Armando Sposito Júnior, Luiz Renato Gonçalves de Lima, José Ricardo Paliares and Daniel Augusto Falbi were chosen as directors.
Terms are set to run until the first board meeting following the 2028 annual shareholders’ meeting, extended until successors take office.
The board recorded that the nominees met statutory eligibility requirements, including Brazil’s corporate law and CMN Resolution 4,970/2021.
