Bradesco opens subscription rights exercise for up to 604,852,753 new shares at R$ 15.43-R$ 17.64

Subscription rights are exercisable from Aug. 6 to Sept. 4, 2026, equal to 5.72% of holdings as of Aug. 4, 2026, with the same share class applied.
Issue price and trading of rights
The issue price was set at R$ 15.43 per common share and R$ 17.64 per preferred share, with cash payment due at subscription. Rights will trade on B3 from Aug. 6 to Sept. 1, 2026.
Oversubscription and partial completion
Unsubscribed shares may be reallocated through oversubscription. Partial completion is permitted if at least R$ 8 billion is subscribed, and the remaining unsubscribed shares may be canceled.
Capital increase via subscription rights
Banco Bradesco launched a R$ 10 billion capital increase via shareholder subscription rights, issuing up to 302,876,396 common shares and 301,976,357 preferred shares.
