Bradesco renews buyback program for up to 106,584,881 shares
BBD•Banco Bradesco renewed its share buyback program on Oct. 22, 2026, authorizing purchases of up to 106,584,881 shares between Nov. 8, 2026, and May 8, 2028.
1. Buyback authorization
The authorization covers up to 53,413,506 common shares and 53,171,375 preferred shares, to be purchased on B3 at market prices. Repurchased shares will remain in treasury for later cancellation or sale without reducing share capital, and the program will use funds from statutory profit reserves.
