Bradsaúde’s board authorized R$ 1 billion in interim dividends, equivalent to R$ 0.3421 per outstanding share. Shareholders on record October 30, 2026, will receive payment on March 30, 2027; shares trade ex-dividend from November 3, 2026.
2. Board appointments
The board also established a Risk Management, Actuarial Control and Compliance Committee and appointed Alexandre da Silva Glüher as coordinator.
