Braemar closes sale of three hotels for cash

Braemar closed the sale of The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, Hotel Yountville, and Bardessono Hotel and Spa on July 14, 2026, for USD 432.7 million cash.

Proceeds were net of transfer taxes, selling expenses, and USD 5 million paid for hotel net working capital.
The transaction funded repayment of about USD 232.8 million on a mortgage loan partially secured by the three properties.
