BranchOut Food produced 71,400 kilograms in October at its Peru facility, up from approximately 64,000 kilograms in September and more than twice its historical monthly average of approximately 34,000 kilograms. Output exceeded the fourth-quarter target range of 60,000–70,000 kilograms and the estimated monthly cash operating breakeven level of 55,000 kilograms by approximately 30%. Expanded preprocessing capacity addressed a bottleneck, and a second 120-kilowatt REV machine came online during the year.
