BranchOut Ramps 46,000 kg Production and Eyes $15M Program
BranchOut Food ramped production to record 46,000 kg monthly in March and April, building inventory to support expected record Q2 revenue. It launched its largest-ever order in over 600 warehouse club locations targeting a $15 million program and is nearing a $6–7 million annual tolling partnership.
1. Inventory Build and Record Production
BranchOut Food used Q1 as an inventory build period, ramping its GentleDry™ lines to achieve record production of approximately 46,000 kg per month in March and April. This operational ramp is intended to support major customer deliveries and drive what management expects to be a record revenue quarter in Q2 2026.
2. Largest-Ever Warehouse Club Order
The company launched its single largest order to date with the nation’s second-largest warehouse club retailer, distributing Crunchy Fruit Chips in more than 600 locations. Early sales velocity has exceeded retailer thresholds, positioning the product for a potential $15 million annual everyday program.
3. Tolling Partnership Progress
BranchOut is in final negotiations on a large-scale tolling agreement with a prominent household brand, leveraging its GentleDry™ platform for national rollout. Once signed and fully ramped, the partnership could generate approximately $6–7 million in annual revenue with minimal raw material costs and higher margins.
4. Retail Expansion and Innovation Pipeline
Expansion continues with the nation’s largest warehouse club retailer via new regional Mango Chips launches, back-to-school multipack programs, and additional Pineapple Chips orders. A major innovation meeting with the world’s largest retailer showcased over 35 new product concepts, fueling future SKU development and growth opportunities.
