On June 11, Brand Engagement Network and INTERVENT International established INTERVENT Health AI, Inc., a 50/50 joint venture to deliver AI-powered health coaching and chronic disease management solutions.
2. Combined Capabilities
INTERVENT contributes over 25 years of clinically validated telehealth coaching methodologies, proprietary care pathways, and datasets from more than two million participants across 150+ medical centers, while BEN provides its enterprise-class conversational AI platform and related intellectual property.
3. Commercial Terms and Revenue Model
BEN will exclusively provide AI software in North America for an initial five-year term, with revenue derived from software licensing, deployment, and ongoing commercialization services tied to performance milestones.
4. Target Markets and Growth Potential
INTERVENT Health AI will target employers, insurers, healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, and wellness organizations across North America, Latin America, and Africa, leveraging existing relationships to scale evidence-based coaching solutions into new healthcare markets.
