BrasilAgro announces annual and extraordinary shareholders meeting
LND•BrasilAgro will hold an online shareholders meeting on October 21, 2026, where votes include BRL 30 million in intermediate dividends, the absorption of Agrifirma Agro and an annual management compensation ceiling of BRL 18.68 million.
1. Meeting agenda
BrasilAgro said its annual and extraordinary shareholders meeting will be held exclusively online on October 21, 2026. Shareholders will vote on intermediate dividends totaling BRL 30 million, or BRL 0.3012 per ordinary share, funded from reserves, and on absorbing wholly owned Agrifirma Agro without increasing capital, with effectiveness targeted for October 31, 2026.
2. Other proposals
The agenda also includes an annual management compensation ceiling of BRL 18.68 million for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, fiscal council elections and related compensation.
