BrasilAgro updates financial events calendar for 2026-27
AGRO•BrasilAgro scheduled its fiscal 2026 results release for Sept. 3, 2026, and set dates through May 2027 for shareholder meetings, regulatory filings and results presentations.
1. Upcoming dates
BrasilAgro plans to release full-year financial statements and its DFP filing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, on Sept. 3, 2026. An investor presentation on annual results is scheduled for Sept. 4. The management proposal and AGM notice are both set for Sept. 18, with the annual meeting scheduled for Oct. 21.
2. Filings and presentations
The company scheduled its first-quarter ITR filing for Nov. 3, 2026, followed by a results presentation on Nov. 5. Its Reference Form is due Nov. 30, and its governance code report is scheduled for Jan. 29, 2027. Later ITR filings are set for Feb. 4 and May 13, 2027, with results presentations on Feb. 5 and May 14.
