Braskem publishes update to financial calendar
BAK•Braskem will release its full-year 2025 financial statements on March 26, 2026, and scheduled quarterly disclosures for May 13, Aug. 13 and Nov. 12. Its annual shareholders meeting is set for April 29.

Braskem’s calendar also sets March 27 as the due date for management proposals and the annual meeting notice, May 27 for the annual reference form, and July 31 for the Brazilian Corporate Governance Code report. A virtual public meeting with analysts is scheduled for Nov. 13.
