Brazil's antitrust regulator CADE approved American Airlines' $100 million investment in Azul, giving the U.S. airline a minority stake of about 8%. The approval requires the parties to sign and fully comply with a Merger Control Agreement, which CADE said makes previously private safeguards directly enforceable obligations.
