RILY•Debt maturities and capital allocation
CFO Scott Yessner flagged two 2026 senior note maturities: $142 million RILYN due Sept. 30 and $164 million RILYG due Dec. 31.
Management pointed to $724 million in securities and other investments, and $156 million in cash and restricted cash, and said the maturities are manageable.
Riley kept exchanges or equity offerings on the table; he said preferred dividend catch-up is deferred in favor of higher-return capital uses, and that there are no hedges on principal investments.
