Brenmiller Energy defers €1.7 million EIB loan payment to Sept. 15 under waiver
BNRG•Settlement talks continue
Talks continue on a full and final settlement of the March 2021 EIB credit facility.
The settlement is expected to reduce debt versus amounts otherwise payable, strengthening the balance sheet and supporting the BrenX strategy.
EIB waiver defers loan payment
Brenmiller Energy received an EIB waiver deferring a EUR 1.7 million loan payment due July 28, 2026.
The waiver runs through Sept. 15, 2026, unless terminated or extended under its terms.
